Elimination Diet: 30 Days to Better Health
There is a powerful connection between what we eat and how we feel. There is no one-size fits all diet, and the only way to truly learn what works for us as individuals is to begin with an elimination diet. This group will help us link symptoms to food and create our own custom diets. In the future, this will be a starting point for my paid health coaching clients!
This group will begin on Monday, October 8th. We will start together in a private Facebook group. I will provide you with all the support and resources I can as we walk through this together. :) There are 3 phases that I will kick off, and provide support and my own insights along the way. I'll encourage you to share your findings as well.
